BEL 5252 Semi-Auto Pack Station

  • The BEL 5252U is a unitized case packing and sealing system with a compact frame, centralized size change points, and a competitive price. The machine automatically folds the bottom flaps and holds the case in place for quick and ergonomic packing. The operator then pushes the packed case into the sealer which utilizes Wexxar Bel's exclusive Snap Folder technology to automatically fold the top flaps.

BEL 5150u Semi-Auto Pack Station

  • The WFPS 5150 combines the BEL 505 Semi-Automatic Case Erector and Pack Station with the BEL 150 Semi-Automatic Case Sealer for a compact and economical form, pack, and seal solution. The process of erecting cases, taping the bottom flaps, loading the case with product, and sealing the top flaps can be done by a single operator in a single fluid operation.

BEL 252 Semi-Auto Case Taper

  • The BEL 252 is a fully automatic uniform case taper that offers high performance, and significant value. With an ultra-compact design, the versatile BEL 252 is able to fit in most applications and can be combined with a BEL 505 system or a WF case former to create a complete form, pack and seal system. Our patented Snap Folders make the BEL 252 a very safe machine to operate.

Wexxar WF30 Fully Automatic Case Former

  • The high power WF30 provides smooth and reliable case erection for high speed packaging lines of up to 30 cases per minute. Equipped with technologies like the the patented Pin & Dome System (no vacuum needed to open the case) and dynamic flap folders, the WF30 ensures each case is properly and squarely formed. This system can be purchased with pressure sensitive tape bottom sealing or with hot melt glue sealing. Other models are available for slower line speeds.
